  • · Environmental Management System certification     

    Aquanex has an Environmental Management System to implement its clear commitment to society and the environment, to take all the necessary measures to respect biodiversity, and to establish all the required measures to prevent pollution in the following areas within its business scope:

    • The supply of drinking water and management of associated services (purchasing, catchment, drinking water treatment, storage, distribution, water quality control, maintenance, contracting, meter reading, billing, payment and customer services).
    • The services of conservation, maintenance, inspection, and use of wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and collection networks.
    • The services of analysing drinking water, swimming pool water, wastewater and sludge.

    The Aquanex Environmental Management System is certified by standard ISO 14001:2015.

  • · Certificate of quality    

    Aquanex implements a Quality Management System that adds value to the organisation and provides a framework for setting goals in the following areas within its business scope:

  • · Occupational health and safety system certification  

    Aquanex implements an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which ensures continuous improvement in applying measures and developing activities to prevent risks in employees’ work and to comply with current regulations.

    This helps create a suitable working atmosphere with fair working conditions, where employees can carry out their work with dignity and participate in improving health and safety conditions.

  • Management of complaints and claims ISO 10002:2018  

    Aquanex has had the ISO 10002:2018 Complaints and Claims Management certification since 2020 at the Villanueva de la Serena farm, contemplating the procedures and processes inherent to said certification in the management of complaints and claims from the rest of the managed farms. ISO 10002:2018
